Quality Prayer - Wash By The Rules Set

T he food that we consume has to be in accordance with code given in the Al Quran. It is one of the factors which will help in uplifting our prayers from a dull ritual to quality devotion. I am somehow very fortunate to have secured the Keys Of The Treasures of The Heaven and Earth . I have become somehow more conscious of my connection with the spiritual dimension. All praise to Allah swt. I truly want you to taste the sweetness of faith with Allah swt. One day we will see from our own eyes that the only truth is Allah swt. Then it will be too late. Why not ponder over Allah swt truthfulness in this world. In this section I want to write about the one thing that brings you near to the door of success - which is the obligatory ablution. Allah swt says in the Al Quran Chapter 5 verse 6 as follows: *O ye who believe! when ye prepare for prayer, wash your faces, and your hands (and arms) to the elbows; Rub your heads (with water); and (wash) your feet to the ankles. If ye are in a state

Quality Prayer - Consumption of Lawful Things

I n my last article I have said that the condition for having a quality prayer is when you enter a prayer in a happy state. But this is not an easy task for a beginner. It is only easy for the pious . I began to search for a simple solution for getting that happiness in prayer. Today is Friday and I got the answer from the imam (the person who leads the prayer in a congregational prayer). He said that inorder for us to perform our religious duty base requirement is that as a muslim we have to be careful on what we eat. He said that Allah swt said in Chaper 5 verse 3 of the Al Quran as follows: Forbidden to you is that which is already dead, and the blood, and the meat of pig, and what was sacrificed to other than God, and that which has been strangled, and that which has been beaten to death, and that which has fallen from a height, and that which has been gored, and that which the wild animals have eaten from except what you managed to rescue, and what has been slaughtered on alters,

Quality Prayer -Be Happy To Enter Prayer

T he human heart is the most important part of the body. A wise person once said that it is the place where you can ‘hold’ Allah swt. Allah swt sees the heart. Allah swt says in Chapter 2 verse 225 as follows: ‘God will not call you to account for thoughtlessness in your oaths, but for the intention in your hearts; and He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Forbearing’ Therefore, the first things you have to do when you are approaching prayer try to feel that you are going to heaven. Feel in your heart that your place you are right now is ‘hell’. If a man who had walked on the desert for days without a drop of water and suddenly sees an oasis will rush to quench his thirst. This is exactly how you must feel towards prayer. Rush to the Creator to quench for all your needs – be it spiritual or material. The first step for quality prayer- happiness shall precede when entering prayer. This is conditional. [part 3]
