The food that we consume has to be in accordance with code given in the Al Quran. It is one of the factors which will help in uplifting our prayers from a dull ritual to quality devotion. I am somehow very fortunate to have secured the Keys Of The Treasures of The Heaven and Earth. I have become somehow more conscious of my connection with the spiritual dimension. All praise to Allah swt.
I truly want you to taste the sweetness of faith with Allah swt. One day we will see from our own eyes that the only truth is Allah swt. Then it will be too late. Why not ponder over Allah swt truthfulness in this world.
In this section I want to write about the one thing that brings you near to the door of success - which is the obligatory ablution. Allah swt says in the Al Quran Chapter 5 verse 6 as follows:
*O ye who believe! when ye prepare for prayer, wash your faces, and your hands (and arms) to the elbows; Rub your heads (with water); and (wash) your feet to the ankles. If ye are in a state of ceremonial impurity, bathe your whole body. But if ye are ill, or on a journey, or one of you cometh from offices of nature, or ye have been in contact with women, and ye find no water, then take for yourselves clean sand or earth, and rub therewith your faces and hands, God doth not wish to place you in a difficulty, but to make you clean, and to complete his favour to you, that ye may be grateful.*
I have been taught from childhood that I had to do ablution in the following manner.
Hands
Mouth
Nostrils
Face
Hand to elbow
Ears
Rub your heads
Neck
Feet
It is best to use the Al Quran as a pivot point to address the issue at hand. Try to follow what is said in the Al Quran. Wash your face first –includes the eyes, nose, ears- and then your hands to the elbow. Wash your feet to the ankles. ..
