How To Make Your Heart Remember Allah swt

Now you are ready for the prayer. In our everyday life we focus on so many things. But only in prayer Allah swt gives you a break from all the troubles and problems by making your time to remember Him alone. But instead of remembering Allah swt, the performers of prayers mostly remember their matters about the world. This is where the basis of contradiction will arise. Do not be a selfish performer of prayer. Give your time to Allah swt.

Why I say contradictions? On one hand we belief in Allah swt but on the other hand we do not ask Allah swt to make the belief stronger. We think that we are going to perform the prayer. But we have forgotten that we are just an instrument of Allah swt. Now in this blog you may have learned some skill in your spiritual pursuit.

Sometimes I wonder why I am writing this blog. It gives me nothing but taking so much of my sleep time. The reason is this - I love to write about Islam. Is that love self imposed? I do not think so. The passion in me is planted by my Creator Allah swt.

Do not fear this world. But be fearful of the next world. That will be a better decision of the intelligent believer. Prayer is a skill that can be learned. But the first step to master the skill is to learn to ask.

Ask Allah swt to make your prayer a perfect one in His sight. I am not saying that you recite some Arabic ritualistic recitation – but what I am saying is to bring out your true intention of entering the prayer by asking Allah swt to help you.

Basically prayer or salat is to remember Allah swt. So when entering prayer do not forget to ask Allah swt to make you remember Him 100 percent. You can just say it in your heart as Allah knows what your heart says.

“Ya Allah give me the best remembrance about You”

“ Ya Allah make my prayer the coolness of my eyes”

“ Ya Allah make my heart filled with Your remembrance”

By the way you can ask Allah swt in any language but ask in silence in your heart. By doing this you are not going against to the held procedures of prayer defined by the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet Muhammad saws.

God will not call you to account for your casual oaths, but He will call you to account for what has entered your hearts. God is Forgiving, Compassionate 2:225

In many verses of the Al Quran Allah swt has mentioned about our hearts. So ask Allah swt with your heart.

Subahanallah, I read this blog post and the timing was incredible. I have just moved to Korea for work and was forced to leave my son and wife behind in Indonesia for a while. I have found it quite stressful and it has made praying difficult for me. When the mind is busy it is very hard to allow the heart to open up and be honest and sincere. Thank you for the most beautiful reminder brother. Allah sees and hears all and I pray He grants you continued wisdom and happiness in this life and the next.

Also I wanted to say that I really enjoyed your writings on the Jinn and it has inspired me so much to continue my own research in that direction. I would love to send you a private email sometime to share what I have discovered on the subject. Please email me at siriaschrist@hotmail.com so I may have your email address. Its nice to reach out and communicate with other Muslim brothers in seeking the wisdom of deen.

Your fellow blogger and brother in Islam. Amin.

The Key of the Treasures of the Heavens and the Earth

W hen I wrote the post of my visit to see the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) , you may be wondering how that can be? To tell you the truth I felt the same way. But it is a norm for great learned people of the past to have experience of dreaming the great Prophet. I think it all decided by Allah swt to have a glimpse of the sweetness of faith. It is all about our intention in this life. What we actually want in the inner recesses of our hearts. What you want is what you get. I will also like to give some information of what I do in my daily life. 12 years ago I got the opportunity of a book on Islam. Therein I found a story of the Holy Prophet Muhammad saw. It is reported that ‘ Uthman ibn Affan, may Allah be pleased with him, requested further information about Allah’s injunction of the Keys of the Treasure of the Heavens and the Earth (mentioned several times in the Quran). The Prophet saws said to him “You have inquired of me something which nobody has ever asked me befo...

Is Time Travelling possible

⚘️It' Friday again. May Allah swt bless and give us goodness in this world and in the hereafter, and grant us Jannathul Firdous.🤲 On the day of Judgement the Prophet will lodge the following complaint. "Then the Messenger will say: "O my Lord! Truly my people took this Qur'an for just foolish nonsense." May Allah swt protect us from this and enable us to read, understand and follow the Quran only. An interesting part in this century is time travelling. We have seen it in movies, you tube and many other social media dramatising this phenomenon. Is time travel possible? Are there any references from the Reading (Quran)? The classic example of going into the future is depicted in 18:25. Its about the seven youth who wanted to safeguard their faith. A notorious King wanted everyone to acknowledge him as god. To this the seven youth ran away and sought God's help in a cave. To protect their faith! "they said: "Our Lord, bring us a mercy from Your...
